First-Class Mail Orders: All ground orders placed Monday—Friday before 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the same business day. Rapid order fulfillment depends on product availability and demand. *
Any orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST Monday—Friday, or over the weekend, will be shipped the following business day. Rapid order fulfillment is dependent on the product availability and demand. *
Expedited Priority Mail/Express Orders: All expedited orders placed Monday—Friday before 3:00 p.m. EST will ship the same business day. All orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will ship the following day*
*Note: Due to COVID-19 guidelines, some orders will ship of the following day. We strive to forecast and manufacture our product(s) to keep up with demand. Due to high demand, we may not be able to ship your product within the regularly scheduled timeframe. If this happens, we will contact you and explain the new time frame and options for credit or refund. The holiday season or high-volume sales may add extra processing time to your order.
USPS First-Class Mail® shipping: We offer First-Class Mail® shipping through the USPS for all packages weighing up to 13 oz. When your item gets shipped, it would usually take 3-5 business days or less in transit before you receive it. For packages 13 oz or more, we will ship using USPS Retail Ground® (shipping in 2-8 business days) or USPS Priority Mail® (shipping in 1-3 business days).
Expedited Priority Mail Express® shipping: We offer overnight to 2 days expedited shipping with all completed orders, subject to product availability.
Free shipping: Free standard ground shipping for all U.S. domestic orders of $50 or more using USPS First-Class Mail® or Retail Ground® (shipping in 2-8 business days) depending on your location.

Returns and refunds
We offer hygienic products and solutions. Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, we are unable to offer returns and refunds.
Because of our fast shipping policy, we are unable to provide a refund after your credit card payment has been processed, even if the order has not yet been filled.
If our products arrive damaged, contact us within three business days of receiving the shipment. We will be happy to review your case.

All orders are automatically processed through our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. Please refer to our shipping policies. Because of this structure, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. All sales are considered final.
